The Bays - Coming Soon
What we now call "The Bays" was once a very well known and successful car wash located in the heart of Spencer, Tennessee. After being abandoned for a decade we have brought light to this unique property in a way that honors the history of the building.
There is two studio apartments which both have the following:

- Full bathroom
- Full kitchen
- Private patio with additional shared patio section

- Industrial design
